STOP THE CUT NOW! Eradicating Female Genital Mutilation was also a sponsor of the Gala. American journalist Yamiche Alcindor was the keynote speaker.

Washington, DC, Dr. Sanchez attended Fielding Graduate University’s Board of Trustee events. As a trustee, Dr. Sanchez participated in the graduation ceremony at the University of the District of Columbia on Wednesday, July 10.
